It is deal time for Mike Flynn
who pleaded GUILTY today. This is the jerk who chanted at speeches for Hillary to be locked up. The Former National Security Advisor to Trump is
convicted of a crime and more importantly as part of his plea deal it will be
known whomever else he will bring down with him as we get closer and closer to
Trump himself as the supreme criminal liar he is. Among all the crimes Flynn
has committed it is ironic that he gets convicted for only lying to Congress
under oath. General Flynn has lied on security clearance forms, he took large
amounts of money from a foreign government and even participated in a scheme to
kidnap a Turkish citizen living in America. None of his activities under our payroll
had anything to do with the duties of protecting America that he was hired to
do.
He has been convicted of lying to
the FBI. We already know that in December 2016 after Obama announced sanctions
against Russia, Flynn spoke to the Russian Ambassador to ask them to not
retaliate. Today he testified to the Mueller investigation that he talked to a
top member of Trump’s transition team at Mara Lago at the same time Trump was
there. Today it was revealed that Kushner, the President’s son-in-law ordered
Flynn to contact Russia. Manifort, Trump’s Campaign Manager already is under
house arrest for his crimes, now Flynn is convicted for his shady deals, next
to go down should be Trump’s tight lipped son-in law Kushner. All of Trump’s
closest men are criminals.
Technically this all sounds like
a violation of The Logan Act that was written way back in 1799 that prohibits
non-government officials from meddling in foreign affairs. At that time, Ben
Franklin and Thomas Jefferson wanted France to have a say in our government. It
is a weird little law that has only been enforced once but never before did we
have such a foreign influence in our election process as Russia has succeeded
now. The big deal is that these discussions took place before Trump was sworn
in as President otherwise it would have not been such a big deal if a National
Security Advisor spoke to foreign governments. This was collusion before Trump
was even in the White House.
It is the cover up that is more
important than even the crime lately. They are all rich crooks anyway. The
Trump administration lied for months about their close contacts with the
Russians. The fact that Trump fired Comey, the head of the FBI for wanting to
investigate the Russian collusion proves that Trump is deeply involved in this
mess. Now the known fact that Kushner is deeply involved in the Russian
conversations, it makes it even harder to believe that Trump himself is not
involved as he says he had nothing to do with any of it.
What else does Mike Flynn have to
reveal? Remember that Mike Flynn was deeply involved in the Trump campaign 8
months before the election. He was there at Trump’s first intelligence briefing
at the White House. Did this rat tell the Russians the secrets that only OUR
President should know? During Flynn’s 24 day job as National Security Advisor,
Flynn was one of Trump’s closest advisors on foreign policy and he was there
when he heard and participated in phone calls directly to Putin from the White
House. Obama knew that Putin was messing with our election process and
thankfully put the sanctions in place against Russia before he left. Russia did
manage to get his man Trump the most important job in America and is trying
even more to influence our government. HELL NO!
If Mike Flynn is just starting to
reveal the truth to save his ass from prison, then Trump has a lot of worrying
to do. Stay tuned, this sick soap opera that our government has turned into is
far from over.
