A Planned National Emergency? Huh?

Soon Trump might order a National Emergency and bill the military budget to fund his stupid wall. As Americans scramble trying to even know how to react to such an “emergency”, we need to know that there is plenty of money being wasted there. So much money that it could fund all the benefits our Congressional leaders and the President gets for every American if the money was spent on our health needs. Trump is spending $717 billion dollars in defense money. The money is there if he wants to take money away from other military items and put $25 million into his stupid wall. It is just our tax dollars that we have little or no say as to where it is spent.

That whopping amount of money is more than what we spend on transportation, education, energy, space, agriculture, justice, the environment, veterans, health and human services, commerce, homeland security, housing, the interior, the treasury, the state department combined. Yeah more money on the military than anything else literally. He could easily use this money to pay for universal healthcare but he won’t. He needs a wall.  A big long wall with girth that can rise up. UGH! A planned National Emergency wall! How do you plan an emergency? I always thought an emergency was an unplanned random sudden or urgent catastrophe. The last time I saw a random sudden urgent catastrophe was the night Trump got elected to the Presidency.

I wouldn’t even mind all that money going to the military if it was actually making us safer but it is not. The Air Force wastes multi millions of dollars to fly fighter jets over football stadiums like we saw them do at the Super Bowl just to inspire fans to join the military. The biggest waste is the hundreds of millions of dollars we spend just on the F-35 plane. It is the most expensive weapons program in American history. It alone has a price tag of $1.4 trillion dollars over the past years. Each plane coming off the Lockheed Martin assembly line in Fort Worth costs a whopping $115 million dollars a piece.  The plane doesn’t even work properly. Only one of six Air Force F-35s could actually take off during testing. The plane reportedly also has a radar glitch that requires the jet pilots to turn it off and on again.

The plane also catches on fire and explodes because there is too much flammable stuff located in flammable locations. The engine basically is a blow torch surrounded by fuel. Then there is the internal politics surrounding the stupid plane. The Pentagon needs to bill for the expensive plane to justify needing all that money and getting it in the budget. The defense contractor Lockheed Martin will then spread assembly plants all over the country to please the congressional districts so the old turtle faced turds in Congress can say they brought a big military assembly plant to their districts. Makes them look good with jobs and stuff. They even call this nonsense “Political Engineering” no joke.  Maybe Trump could stack up all these useless expensive military planes on top of each other and call that a wall or barrier or some other stupid shit name. ARGGGGGGH!
