Lies. Lies and More Lies

Tonight I decided to have a drinking game where I would take a shot of booze every time Trump lied in his 10 minute first time speech from the Oval Office in his two year Presidency holding us hostage from seeing our favorite shows on TV. He didn’t offer us any new information besides his usual fear mongering of specific incidents where local police did not monitor sufficiently some criminals who happen to be illegal doing horrific crimes. I knew that I had way too much to drink when I found him to say at least 6 lies and 6 shots of booze is way too much for me so quickly. I even thought I heard him say that “the wall will pay for the wall” I’m not incoherent although inebriated. He did say that!!!

LIE when he said that the “southern border is a pipeline for illegal drugs”. Most drugs are brought here through border crossing ports of entry on trucks and hidden in American’s cars. The President’s own Drug Enforcement Administration said that a wall wouldn’t curtail the problem.

LIE when he said that there is a crisis. There is NOT a crisis. Illegal border crossings are currently at a 45 year low according to Intelligence Reports. Since the year 2000 the number of apprehensions of illegals have been steadily dropping.

LIE when he said that there are terrorists crossing the border. There aren’t any terrorists crossing the border. We have more home grown American terrorists currently shooting randomly innocent citizens in mass shootings just about anywhere in America.

LIE when he calls this mess a Democratic shutdown. The fact is that our Democratic leadership offered on the first day of the New Year Congress real legislation to re-open our government that HE ordered to be shutdown. He also rejected the legislation.

LIE when he said that Mexico would pay for the wall. Now he wants US to pay for an ill effective barrier comparing it to wealthy people keeping loved ones safe inside. So he wants us all to be unsafe if we dare to leave America? This country was always safe in other countries because we always had a military presence in countries all over the world. Does he even realize that our borders have the sea on both sides and illegals have access to boats?  

LIE when he said our nation is at risk. He is putting our troops, TSA workers, Parks workers, farmers, manufacturers and small businesses at risk without paychecks because of his temper tantrum denying good hardworking Americans their due paychecks.

The real group at risk is the Trump Nation since he is in desperate need to deflect attention from the courts and subpoena power of our lawyers and judges ready to indict   him for serious crimes. His abuse of the power of the Presidency is astounding and tonight’s fear mongering directly to Americans is just another example of his extreme narcissism.  Tonight he deflected the attention from his crimes since today the Russian lawyer who offered his son dirt on Hillary was indicted today for meeting with campaign officials in Trump Tower.  In court today more details were revealed about Trump’s Campaign Manager Manifort ties to Russia where he revealed election ongoing election details to Russians during the voting processes. The only thing that was revealed by Trump tonight was that he plans to continue to hold this nation hostage. He is exhausting!!!
