Americans! Go Fund Yourselves

The Wall   Now Trump is creating hysteria with the American people over the wall threatening that he will shut down OUR government if he does not get the American people to agree to pay for the wall.  In his desperation for funds he started a go fund me page. Opponents started another fund me page called The Ladder. Yes, America is divide over the immigration issue because of Trump’s ignorance of the laws of the land, his power as President and his constant desperate attempts at recognition. In the past two years of his Presidency he has proven his ignorance in how to govern, his knowledge of the Constitution and his power of the Presidency. Trump has never governed in his life. He is not a lawyer and never studied the Constitution and he thinks he can change the Amendments to the Constitution with his signature on an Executive Order. Why doesn’t he take the advice of scholars who know the laws of the land?

Trump’s experience in life is being able to inherit hundreds of millions of dollars that he squandered on failed businesses, failed university and a corrupt closed down foundation. His ignorant supporters need to know what the 14^th Amendment means before they turn over their wages to this con man. Trump has sent up to 15,000 troops to the U.S. and Mexican border that surpasses the amount of troops in Afghanistan. He wants to end birth right citizenship and build an expensive wall. The 14^th Amendment is very clear that anyone born on United States soil is an American citizen.

There is a phrase in the Amendment that says, “and subject to the jurisdiction there-of” that was inserted to make sure that children born from diplomats were not citizens because the parents represented another country. American tribes were excluded because they held allegiance to their sacred lands. Nothing in the Amendment refers to migrants documented or undocumented. In 1868 when this amendment was passed there was not an immigration policy passed by our government. Trump is hyping that we are currently going through an invasion and that it will change America forever making us feel fearful.

He has lied 5,500 times in 300 days. The main difference between Trump and any other President in history is that no other President encouraged folks to spread hate in this country. He has a consistent rhetoric that Mexicans are rapists, criminals and seeking free money here with no definitive proof. Every week he spreads hysteria and hate. There is a difference from the reality and his whipped up fear. Words do matter and he never uses his words carefully and just doesn’t wish to govern or even knows how to govern. Why hasn't he appointed an Ambassador to Mexico? Why doesn't he send diplomats to Mexico? Why doesn't he get the United Nations involved in this crisis? We don't even have any representation there anymore. She resigned too. He is an embarrassment since America hosts the United Nations as its home base. Why doesn't he have discussions with the Mexican President to make Mexico a safe place for its people to work and live?
