Stop Child Marriage and start the HELL NO movement

WHY IS CHILD MARRIAGE ALLOWED IN AMERICA! There ought to be a law banning the marriage excuse for abusing a child sexually. In this new awakening of the Me Too Movement and Times Up there MUST be an end to allowing arranged marriages to children in America. As usual women don’t sexually abuse anyone on average and it is not women who want to marry young boys. It is always men who demand sex from women even if they don’t want to. It is men who will kill themselves and hope to have seven virgins in heaven and it is men who watch child pornography and rape young girls. Why is it acceptable if the child signs a marriage license?

Between the years of 2000 and 2010 it is estimated that 248,000 children in the United States found themselves taking on a very grown up commitment. The young girls got married to a much older man usually in an arranged marriage where her father was paid a large amount of money to encourage and tell his child to marry.   At least just now on January 31, 2018, Florida took a step in the direction to stop marriages to children. They voted yes on the law. If it is signed, Florida will become the FIRST state in the country to flat out ban child marriage. WHY WASN’T THIS DONE BEFORE WITH A FEDERAL LAW?

What is even worse is that in other parts of the country people oppose such a law. Why? Americans want their young girls   raped repeatedly under the guise of a marriage certificate? We need a HELL NO movement on this archaic virginal dick pleasing tragedy.

There are child marriage survivors who have had the courage to get divorces years later as an adult who have scars for the rest of their lives emotionally and physically of the sexual abuse and financial bind put on them years later. The child is told by their parents and or guardians to sign a Certificate of Consent for Marriage usually for money for the family. Is this a form of slavery too? Definitely child abuse!

Many children are raped and forced to have children before the age of 18. In Sacramento, California just last March, State Senator Jerry Hill heard   that a 12 year old girl was applying for a Marriage Certificate in his Congressional District. He wrote a Bill to completely BANN arranged marriages in California. Who would oppose that? People did.

People in California are progressive and wouldn’t do things like child marriage, you would expect. Why in California, THERE IS NO MINIMUM AGE FOR MARRIAGE? The Senator wrote that “A person who is under 18 years of age is not capable of consenting to and consummating marriage.”  It should be an easily acceptable common sense legislation that is very late in coming. Instead opposition came in that was upset for establishing ANY age for marriage.

The first opponent to surface was the ACLU, American Civil Liberties Union which says that it supports the sentiment that the ability to marry is a Constitutional right at any age. Planned Parenthood who is famous for protecting women’s rights surprisingly opposed the legislation too. They felt that if you had to be a certain age to marry that it would take away a minor to make a decision of their choice. Restriction of   an age for marriage might also be taken further to restrict a minor from birth control and women’s needs testing for preventable health care.  Planned Parenthood said they oppose child marriages but don’t want an age restriction put into law.

It should NOY be that hard an issue to protect children from important life changing decisions.

 THERE IS NO REASON THAT ANY CHILD NEEDS TO MARRY ANYONE.

It is purely being done for sexual pleasures by sick adults and for guardians to get financial benefit from suiters. UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Many victims of child marriages who do manage to get divorced are found to be too poor to afford lawyers to help them get custody of their children born through the sick rapish marriages. Foundations need to be formed to help the mothers who are victims of child marriages. No one should be forced into a sexual relationship as a child. Sadly in states like Florida anything is possible. it has been reported that young girls as young as age 11 are  married in that state. America’s young girls need to be protected by serious protecting laws for minors. With the ME TOO and TIMES OUT movement we must have a HELL NO movement to protect our young children from sexual legal abuse in America.
