A New Legal Way to Relax in Vegas

If you have already had enough of all the sad weather news lately, it is time to go to Nevada because recently the time has come that you can now buy legal Marijuana in Nevada. Should it be wrong for a guy to be high while you are gambling with a prostitute? Apparently sales are already exceeding the industries expectations. In fact there is a Marijuana shortage. Nevada is considering emergency measures. Imagine this happening 30 years ago when the pot heads were in full force.

They estimated that sales exceeded $3 million dollars in the first four days of legislation.  You didn’t even have to light up, just take in a deep breath and hold it. Exhale slowly and you are there. Vegas has a new tourist slogan. What happens in Vegas stay’s in….wait where are  we again?

After only two weeks of the new law Nevada’s marijuana supplies were running low. They can’t grow the plants fast enough there. It got so bad that Governor Brian Sandoval, a Republican from Nevada declared a state of emergency to deal with the issue. After all everyone needs to be high in Vegas all the time. Up until now a state of emergency was when you locked yourself in your room because you thought your cat knew that you were high!

They need to pass around the pot in Houston and then no one would be sad to be bare assed in a shelter sleeping on the floor with nothing left to go home to because you ain’t got no home anymore. Recreational marijuana became Legal in Nevada on July 1st   in time for the long Independence Day Weekend. No wonder they had shortages. People rather be high then have to celebrate this country knowing that Trump is President.

For around $7 to $10 dollars you can walk into some of the many dispensaries and walk out with a joint. Just don’t light up while walking down the Las Vegas strip or walking along any street because then you will be breaking the law. So, remember that! No smoking while walking. Really? Having the stuff is legal but don’t let anyone know you are smoking it. Who made up these wacky laws?

You must be 21 years old  or older to buy pot and show a government issued picture identification. Tourists will be limited as well as other consumers to buying up to one ounce of cannabis flower or up to 1/8^th of an ounce concentrate at one time from recreational dispensaries. Many dispensaries have dual licenses so that they can sell pot to both recreational and medical patients. So go to Vegas with grand-ma and get enough pot to last a long time. Yes, everyone should bond with family. However, like in Houston, no one wants to bond so close that a family has to share one cot in a shelter. Just remember the rules. Smoking pot is not allowed in certain places. It is illegal to smoke pot in public places, on Federal land since there is still a Federal Law out there banning pot, or in a vehicle without risking a fine. But you just won at the Craps Table so make it rain on the fines.  Just relax folks any way you can!
