Who feels healthy?

Why is American health care a giant political circus? Today they were arresting people confined to wheel chairs in the Capitol where the governing big shots are voting almost every day to decide on discussing the plan that no one seems to want. Now they just want to get rid of Obama care and take two years to provide something better. It is all more like a quest to simply abolish just about anything Obama put forth during his administration.

When it was quite apparent that even the Republicans wouldn’t vote for the plan Senator Mitch McConnell said, “Repeal of Obamacare with a two-year delay to provide for a stable transition.” How does that help anyone? Now the White House supports a two year delay. Well, yesterday the Senate rejected the Obamacare repeal only plan with a vote of 55-45. The amount of Republicans opposing in these constant voting   has increased to seven Republicans among the no votes. Little by little are the Republican lawmakers realizing that there is no benefit to anyone in this unclear pushed plan?

Our bullying President attacked Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska for voting against the health bill saying, “She really let the Republicans, and our Country down yesterday.” Name calling and blaming is not a Presidential way to win support. He should spend more time discussing why they aren’t voting for it and taking steps to improve it but that would take intelligence and time. Donald never dwells on the details. He is quick on the accusations to all when he doesn’t get his way.  Does he even know what specifically he wants besides erasing Obama’s legacy?

People are leaving him in droves. There have been many Trump Administration departures.

Priebus is fighting to maintain his influence with the President. The former Republican National Committee Chairman has privately touted his ability to raise money from wealthy donors, suggesting he could bring in funds to a legal defense fund. Now Ivanka, Donald Jr., Jared  and the President need teams of lawyers to defend their questionable actions. Will this soap opera of greed, lies, secrets and bad decisions ever end? Is that what a White House Chief of Staff should do? Soon we could add his title to the list too!

Washington is going through the most intense fight over health care in the past 8 years. The United States military is the country’s largest employer of trans- gender people in America. Trump in a tweet decided that they will no longer be able to serve in the military. His quick to shoot policy making only causes more confusion in just about any category of our nation’s policies. 15 thousand trans-gender service people are currently working in all aspects of the military. They volunteered to serve this country. Where do they go now and how will they pay for their health needs? He mentioned in his tweet that they need tremendous medical costs. During the campaign he tweeted, "Thank you to the LGBT community! I will fight for you while Hillary brings in more people that will threaten your freedoms and beliefs." He is such a liar. It was Obama that signed the order to allow trans-gender folks to serve in the military openly. Does he think the T in LGBT stands for Trump? He made himself exempt from serving in the military during Vietnam with 4 deferments and a medical disqualification by getting a doctor to say he had spurs inn his feet. He can golf for hours in those feet. He needs to go face-to face with one of our trans-gender Navy Seals and dare to tell them that they are not worthy to serve this country.  The health needs of trans-gender military personnel adds between $2.4 million and $8.4 million dollars per year to our budget. Meanwhile, the military spends 5 times as much on Viagra!Trump is the master of bias and confusion.
