The unemployed circus clowns
taught their skills to the employed staff at the White House. The President’s executive
order blocking immigrants from six Muslim majority countries is now moving to
the Supreme Court and the decision could be heading
in their favor if they can convince the court
that it is NOT an unconstitutional travel ban. John Kelly, the Homeland
Security Secretary, reported on C-Span on January 31 said, ”This is not a
travel ban.” The White House Press Secretary, Sean Spicer, also said, “It is
not a travel ban because when we use words like travel ban it misrepresents
what it is.” On June 5th, two days ago at 3:30 in the morning,
Trumps most inspirational time of the day, the head clown tweeted, “People, the
lawyers and the courts can call it whatever they want, but I am calling it what
we need and what it is, a TRAVEL BAN!”
At this point the three clowns
are out of the clown car and beating each other up with their balloons. Trump
continued to throw his staff under the clown car that has grown to be a bus by
tweeting, “That’s right, we need a TRAVEL BAN for certain DANGEROUS countries,
not some politically correct term that won’t help us protect our people!” Maybe
this is why Trump loses so many court cases. Doesn’t he know that he is hurting
his own case by saying such things that is so opposite from what his staff is
saying and is the direct thing the court does not want to hear if he is to win
the hearts of the Supreme Court Justices? He used to call it a Muslim ban that
wasn’t any better a term to use either.
So now a 4th clown
emerges from the clown car, Sebastian Gorka, the Deputy Assistant to the President
under Donald Trump tried to get out of the mess by saying that the President’s
tweets are not policy. He said yesterday on CNN, “It is not policy. It is
social media. His words and his thoughts are not policy. It is not an executive
order.” Ok, so now the President’s tweets are NOT considered official statements.
But then Sean Spicer emerges again from under the clown big bus and said by
yesterday afternoon when asked if the President’s tweets are official
statements, he replied something completely different from Sebastian. Spicer
said, ”Well the President is the President of the United States so they are
considered official statements by the President of the United States.” What the
HELL?
It is moments and dialogues like
this that shows the world the havoc is emerging from the White House at all
hours of the day and night. Those clowns can make 180 degree changes in what
they say in just one day! Even Britain who has just gone through three horrific
terrorist attacks in London can’t
believe the chaos the United States has become. They imposed a travel ban on Trump and didn’t
want him to visit their country when Trump went on his recent trip to the
Middle East and Europe. It is reported that Trump wanted a “gold-plated
carriage ride with the Queen during a United Kingdom visit.” I guess that is
Trump’s fancy international clown car he wants. A petition to cancel Trump’s
visit to Britain was signed by 1.8 million people there as the British parliament
debated Trump’s visit. At least can we sign a petition to stop Trump’s tweets?
