Why did they have to kill President Kennedy? He is the only President to honor the arts in America with a center for live musical performances. He gave us our nation’s highest honors for artistic achievements. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts is a gift to our country. It was designated by Congress as a Memorial to our 35th President. It fulfills his dream for a Natural Cultural Center. President Kennedy was a man of vision who inspired a generation that transformed our nation. He cared deeply about the proper recognition and the role artists play in our society. 

President Kennedy said, “Art knows no national boundaries. Genius can speak in any tone and the entire world will hear it and listen.” Musicians are always the most special people in society because we all know how to do what other's do but we all know how to touch everyone's heart with great music no matter what genre of music you are into. Music is the universal language of the world. Music unites us all. It is the only language written globally with its unique notation of the staff and notes, rests and crescendo markings on paper that can be written by anyone and played and performed anywhere in the world and enjoyed that persons creativity centuries later. Yeah musicians are sensitive caring people. You see it all in the lyrics we write to our songs. Many times our passions for life does get caught up in the evil business of politics and we dive into that with the same passion we have for our music. Yes it can get very ugly but the conversation must never stop just like we must always r strive to share the loving gift of our music.

Trumpsters have to realize that their insults don't work on every musician or creative artist because we all at some point in our lives have been told that we weren't worth dirt but from our dirt we rose to always produce a new beautiful song or painting or something worthy of living

There is a Symphony Orchestra out there that has folks from every part of the world from every political different place worshiping very different religions yet they come together and play in unison and in peace. Why can’t we start the year 2020 devoid of hate and division for once and at least unify as we do with our universal love for music? Try!!
