Back to School means Back to Being Broke

Image result for student debt
Back to school means back to being broke for most college students on and off the football field. We saw it already at the college games that started in very professional fields that can hold 20,000 fans yet the courageous young men who devote their time to getting serious injuries on those field don't get paid, healthcare or even a break in their classes that they still must maintain good grades at. For everyone else at colleges they are surely to maintain serious debt and maybe good grades. Why isn't society helping our young minds and bodies to survive and conquer college? We should be investing in them rather than abusing our best of the best in achievers of the next generation. Trump can Tweet 120 times in just one weekend but never writes or speaks about student loan forgiveness or the plight of our injured college football exploited players for other's profits. If it isn't about him, he could care less.
At least the new Democratic Candidates care about student debt because they all had a plan to help mentioned at the last debates. They all want the votes of the 45 million Americans with student debt. American families are carrying about $1.6 trillion dollars in student loan debt. That is way too much money and is now affecting the American economy. When 1 out of 5 people have student loan debt, America is in trouble because it is now the second largest category of household debt in America right behind a home mortgage if you can even afford that now too. Buying a home can be almost impossible with massive student loan debt. 83% of people ages 22 to 35 with student debt who haven't bought a house yet blame their educational loans.
The number of Americans over the age of 60 with student loan debt has more than doubled in the last decade. Our generations are coming together over loans. Parents and grandparents take loans just to pay for their kids colleges. If Trump cared about the economy he would forgive student loans since then people could afford to buy homes and products. College degrees used to mean a better life for folks. Not any more. If Trump would forgive student loans folks would be less likely to file for bankruptcy, or be foreclosed upon, or even default on their medical bills.
Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren already said that the average taxpayer wouldn't fund the bills. They would tax the over the top very wealthy who wouldn't miss a dime since they are so rich. The real solution is to fix the systems that created the problem first. Wish our coregeous college bound kids well since they face the most difficult financial and physical battles of their young lives.
