We could learn from Germany

Germany has the oldest health care plan in the world and that is because it is a good plan that they are happy with there. We could learn from Germany. In our next election there are debates and discord over our health care plan and how the Republicans want to take away the only thing we have no matter how it is not perfect. Look at the cost of Insulin that Diabetics need each day to stay alive. There about five doses cost $15 dollars. Here it can cost hundreds even thousands of dollars. Why should Americans need to cross Mexican or Canadian borders to get cheaper prices on their life saving medications? 

Germany is a better model for affordable drugs and healthcare in general. In Germany all workers contribute 7.5% of their salary that is matched by their employer to go towards a public health insurance pool. EVERYONE GETS COVERAGE. Yes, they consider healthcare a right and NOT a privilege. Yeah our lives matter and should not be considered a luxury to live!

Germany regulates drug prices and medical costs. Yeah! no mystery bills showing up in your mailbox. They have an independent agency made up of doctors , insurance companies patients and lawmakers that regulates limits on out-of-pocket costs so there is NO SUCH THING AS SURPRISE MEDICAL BILLS. It is a very good system and the folks there get excellent care. 

As we move towards another election please stop with the if you don't like what we have here, you can move away jargon. If you care for this already country then you should care enough to demand the best for ALL Americans and then that would make America great again. Guttentag! Yeah have a good day!
