Trump's cruelty has failed

Trump has failed on immigration since more people than ever are trying to get into this country now more than ever. His tacit of cruelty and punishment is not working. Section 1325 of the United States Legal Code is the law that criminalizes someone coming across the border. It is a law that has been around since 1929 but since 2004 no President has never been so cruel to even use it. They always treated offenders as a civil matter and fined folks. This law makes it a criminal matter and Trump is using it fiercely. It is what is allowing him to jail parents and separate them from their children. 

During the Reagan years and part of the Bush years there was still accountability, they still had court appearances but not the insensitive emotional credulity of family separation and holding children in concentration. Because of Trump's abuse of the law, Congress must change the law.   When Trump took office, Obama had border crossings at a 40 year low. Now there are the most ever from ever increasing problems in Central  America with many people coming to America. Trump needs to stop the cruelty and try compassion and common sense to deal with the problem. Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala need communication from an American President to address why so many people are fleeing those areas. Trump doesn't communicate with the Central American leaders.

Would you go to a doctor that has never practiced medicine before? Why would you elect a President who has never governed before? Trump clearly does not know what he is doing and the damage he is causing will last a generation of hate and retaliation towards Americans and we are not a hateful nation. Trump is the one who tells elected Congresswomen "to go back to the country you came from" even if they were born in America
