Save our Warroriers

This 4th of July Trump wants a big parade that features him meanwhile his focus on featuring all the soldiers that keep us safe daily is not so important. He goes to meetings that have our allies there and chooses to be in the company of evil dictators and communists like Putin, Saudi Princes where the 911 terrorists came from  and Young Kim meanwhile it is our allies who allow us to have military bases in all their countries. He is sending troops to the border, to Iran and threatens total destruction on other countries meanwhile peace and prosperity never is in his conversations, all the qualities our volunteer soldiers fight for daily. His failed-government shutdown did nothing but punish our security with no paychecks but with demands for them to still protect our air space, lands and water. 

This year he should be focusing on the population of soldiers who are homeless and suffering from mental illnesses due to serving many consecutive tours of duty, 450 straight days of constant bombing and fear of being killed that now they don't know anything else. Our soldiers who were away for 12 years coming home to failed marriages and no homes no real relationships. He should be supporting a simple injection that has proven to help alleviate the symptoms of post traumatic stress disorder. Trump could care less since no member of his family or him has ever gone near a war.

There are about 20 veterans a day more suffering from PTS. Our Veterans Administration is now calling it a epidemic even though Trump's appointments to there have been leaving through a revolving door. Nearly 40% find relief from current treatments but it is short filled and involve handfuls of medications daily. 

There is a new procedure called Stellate Ganglion Block SGB that is so fast acting that it could be a game changer for suicidal tendencies and PTS and other mental illnesses involving paranoia. It was used for decades to treat chronic pain but now it is working for a soldiers unique mental pain. The Army is spending $2 million dollars to try it out for soldiers comfort. No one is calling it a cure yet but the results are great with just one injection about every six months. It is a miracle for those soldiers suffering that said nothing else was working.

After years of being careful in war these soldiers can not stop being suspicious that someone is about to ambush them daily all the time.  A soldier just shot up  a office building in full gear. This injection can get their brain out of war. Soldiers are now suffering for 18 years and counting so those suffering from PTS is at an all time high. Anti depressants and talk therapy is not enough. The pills wear off and the talk stops but the fear of attack is always there in the minds of a soldier who has seen too much war.

Our soldiers are self-medicating with booze and pot and have nightmares. The booze and pot makes them get into a sleepy haze for awhile. After 12 medications don't work then SGB worked. We owe our soldiers to get this amazing injection, give them homes and not have any more guys committing suicide. The injection goes into the nerves that control the fight or flight symptoms. It clears up symptoms inn one day and there are no known side effects. It reduces hyperactivity in the brain and reduces the desire for suicide and depression in 80% of patients. 

We need to celebrate our volunteer service men to not self destruct any more. War should give these guys a second chance at life not death from their own hands on themselves.  Our veterans should not have to seek our private clinics as Trump has approved. Our VA Hospitals should be giving this treatment out to all and for free.  Any injection that can reduce anxiety and paranoia should be shared for all Americans suffering from mental illnesses.  Trump needs to pursue peace, life and happiness and not too associate himself with Dictators who celebrate war and countries run by military forces. Celebrate America by helping those who save us from war.
