Lawmakers in 12 states just ended their legislative sessions with wacky proposals for laws. Missouri State Representative Andrew McDaniel a Republican from Dunklin County proposed two gun laws that would require every Missourian over the age of 21 to own a hand gun and he also wanted every adult between the age of 18-25 to buy an AR-15 assault weapon. Does this idiot even know that most domestic terrorists ARE young men between the ages of 18-25 shooting randomly everyone everywhere from schools to malls?
Stupid people with power is a real problem in America as we see in the idiot who holds our highest office. tRump. Sometimes they pass laws just to annoy opponents. For example in January Washington State Representative Joel Kretz hated a colleague who wanted to protect wolves. So he suggested that all wolves would be shipped to her district. Trump is no different. Currently he is shipping all undocumented immigrants to sanctuary cities. In Wyoming, Senator Ogden Driskill is allowing grizzly bear hunts as a way to annoy a Federal Judge who put the bears on the endangered species list. Is all this craziness just a pull for power among idiots? The guy said that the law was putting bears as a priority over people. So he wants animals gone forever ? Obliterated?
In 2012 Wyoming State Representative David Miller introduced what he considered a totally serious bill known as the Doomsday Bill. It's purpose was to initiate a study of what to do in case the Federal Government completely crumbles. These days in the era of Trump it is not such a far fetched notion since he is leaning more towards a Dictatorship rather than a Democracy. The Bill actually passed the first of three hurdles in the House. It was finally dumped once others realized that the Bill also required that Wyoming would also receive its very own aircraft carrier and military draft. Wyoming isn't even near any coastal ocean? Where would they have put this aircraft carrier?
Now all this stupidity has slithered into a women's right to choose right into her unwanting uterus. In Texas State Representative Jessica Farrar drafted the Man's Right to Know Act. It was drafted to supposedly regulate a man's health and safety creating a civil penalty for unregulated masturbatory emissions. It said that if you identify as a male and masturbate outside a health facility, you get fined $100. NO JOKE! Hey! Guys jerk off all the time. Just think of all the money that could bring in to "satisfy" our deficit problems? UGH!
In Wilmington Delaware, the City Counsel recognized semen as a person because each egg person and sperm person should be deemed equal in the eyes of the government. What's next? Just thinking about sex can be a possible crime?
Oklahoma Senator Connie Johnson wrote an Amendment saying that ejaculating anywhere outside a woman's vagina constitutes an action against an unborn child.
In Illinois State Representative Kelly Cassidy found a way to turn the clock back even further. She suggested that men wanting to take dick stiffing Viagra be required to watch a video on how to treat too long erections that is a blue pill side effect.
Then there was Former Representative Kenny Havard a dumb ass Republican from Jackson Louisianan that tried to pass a law stating that strippers could be no heavier than 160 pounds and no older then 28 years old. What old heavy hag strip club was he allowed to jerk off in? Can we have a similar law requiring all men be tall, handsome, wealthy and wise before they are allowed to get women pregnant and force her to have his child?
All this nonsense just proves that we need a real law requiring our lawmakers pass a intelligence test for IQ, ethics, morals and integrity before they are allowed to propose laws for any of us.
