The States Courts Represents Americans

We have learned that the way to truth, justice and the American way is through the efforts of the individual State's courts. The Mueller Report proved to all Americans that it was a 400 page guide for the Attorney General to toss aside without much remarks, revelations or decisions. The battling between sides in Congressional Hearings are nothing more than televised drama of which nothing much is actually done with their erratic discussions either. So where can Lady Justice blindfolded to the drama get to hold up her scales filled with evidence decide which side of the scale is full of the most deceit and lawlessness? The answer is found in America's State courts where some of the most dramatic convictions have occurred in recent history.  

Investigating Trump world is still going on all over the country. In New York investigators are looking into the Trump Organization and his charity. His corrupt Foundation has already been closed down for fraud since it has been proven that he used charitable funds to pay for his election costs. New York is looking at how Trump gets loans, made bids on land or properties and deflated property worth to insurance companies. 

The Attorney Generals in Maryland and Washington D C. are accusing Trump in his International Hotel with evidence that he accepted illegal gifts from foreign governments always self-profiteering from the power of his Presidency. 

New Jersey is  prosecuting Trump for hiring undocumented illegal aliens to work at his private for profit golf resorts and clubs. 

In Washington D.C. State prosecutors are going forward with prosecuting crimes that Trump's good buddy and campaign adviser Roger Stone committed with Wikileaks. New Jersey and Washington D.C. have already subpoenaed records from Trump's Inaugural Committee. 

The biggest threat to Trump is the great tract record in convicting criminals from the Southern District of New York. They are prosecuting Trump for illegal payments to his extramarital sex partners, foreign donations and his super pact all related to his election misuse of funds. Those are just the cases we get to know about. Remember that the Southern District of New York was founded in America before the Supreme Court was founded. Trump has no control over them. Yes he has fired and hired hundreds of Federal Judges who would rule in his favor. He even hastily hired two of the newest Supreme Court Judges that would rule in his favor. We have seen new Justice Department Attorney Generals who ignore major investigations in his favor. Trump's abuse of the power of his Presidency is astounding. 

New York has 150 prosecutors who are aggressive and not bound to Republicans in power like Mueller was.  They prosecute everything from gang cases, terrorism to securities fraud cases. We must never forget that some of the biggest criminal cases have been prosecuted and won in the New York courts. Remember the Ponzi fraud by Madoff who stole his own clients money in his investment firm. Osama Bin Laden indicted for terrorism. The Genovese crime Mafia family indicted for crimes all came from the Southern District of New York. 

Trump's financial crimes start with his bank records and tax returns. Witnesses are important to put in front of a jury too. So can Trump be put in jail? In America no one is above the law. Life doesn't let you see one moment into our future yet our past can always be remembered. Incitements can and will go on forever as long as questions go unanswered. Yes, our lady's job of holding up the scales of justice blindfolded to outside interference is never done. Sigh! Women always have the tough jobs.
