Keep your income tax free

Are you tired of paying income tax? Then move to Monaco where the very wealthy live and don't want to pay income tax either. You can also live in safety, flaunt your jewels and park your expensive cars for all to view without worry of theft. The super wealthy are clamoring to get into the country legally. On Fischer Island the wealthy can at least rent apartments if they don't want to live on their yachts. Monaco is a utopia because it is a place with no foreign debt. America's debt is in the multiple trillions of dollars and always growing in debt. Monaco is a place where hundreds of different nationalities live together in peace and without bias. America has a lot of domestic terrorism always about religious or social bias. 

Is Monaco a perfect society? It is more like a wealthy social club since the place is only a square mile long along the coastline of France. It has lots of apartments overlooking a harbor filled to the brim with large yachts that dock there. With enough money you can buy just about anything there. There are more luxury shops then supermarkets. Is that why they don't have a obese population as America is filled with fat folk? 

With no income-tax fundraisers are the social events of the summer. They can afford to donate to anything they want. Monaco is NOT a police state but there ARE cops everywhere. They are very polite and will salute you when they see you instead of suspiciously question you about something. They do watch everything with at least six cameras on every telephone pole. They tract people and each car that comes into the country. The residents are happy about all the surveillance because it is their safety net for someone who is not a criminal type.

To live in this country club country you must prove that you have a lot of money and have more than half a million dollars in the bank. You must live in Monaco at least six months out of each year. Yeah there is not a beach and traffic can be a nightmare but the appeal of not having to pay any income taxes draw the very wealthy. Other countries charge a lot of money in income taxes but at least they will pay for everything from healthcare for all to education for all. America charges a lot of all kinds of taxes even a new congestion tax in New York for just driving through the city and doesn't give much back to common folk.

In Monaco you rarely pay capitol gains tax or inheritance tax. Yeah there you can keep most of your hard earned family money.  In America the IRS will tax you wherever you live. The people of Monaco do pay sales tax, property tax, tax on their employees and pay on their corporate profits but they don't need a damn income tax. 

Serious crime is almost non-existent in Monaco. Yes you can have your yacht, live in security, and not have to worry about going to a store for something and getting knifed by a crazy criminal.  They already know if you could be a danger to someone else. You got a problem with the place sorting out criminal types before a crime happens? I don't.

Citizens there are called Monicgasts and it is almost impossible for foreigners to become citizens no matter how long they have been there. Of the only 38,000 people in Monaco less than a quarter of them are citizens. Most are not millionaires and couldn't afford to live in their own country without the help from subsidies. The common people don't resent the wealthy visitors because is the wealthy who help support their little country. 

Currently they are spending billions to build apartments in the ocean simply because they have run out of land space. Monico remains to be the most expensive real estate in the world. It is a place where the wealthy and those who wish they were wealthy can mingle It is an odd place of opulence and tranquility where you can't be taxed on your income and you can be far away in your mind from turbulence.
