Build a Wall Around Big Pharmaceutical Companies

Can we build a wall around the greedy sinister pharmaceutical companies who lied their way into doctor's offices recommending their deadly addictive drugs so they can get guaranteed payment for their inflated priced drugs from insurance companies and Medicare? Can Trump ever act quickly on this problem as he has in just one day Vetoed opposition to building his stupid wall? Unarmed poor illegals are not the killers. PAIN KILLERS are the cause of death in America. The proof is in from the very folk who had jobs in big pharmaceutical companies who were told to say just about anything to sell their deadly drugs and they did just to keep their jobs. 

Employees from Insys Therapeutics admit their fraud. Their role was to get insurance companies to sign off on payments for SUBSYS prescriptions that is a Fentanyl sublingual spray.  Now those employees are haunted by the deaths they took a part in happening. Many of the folk already plagued by chronic pains are already addicted to pain killer Diploids like Oxycodone and they still suffer from pain for their ailments. SUBSYS is even a stronger medication. It was approved by the FDA originally to be used temporally only for severe cancer pain. The FDA dropped the ball and did NOT enforce that it should only be used for severe Cancer pain temporally. Soon folks were getting a carton of the strong deadly drug sent to their homes worth $24,000 billed to insurance and Medicare legally. Then they died from overdosing legally. Why isn't Trump signing bills to STOP the poor wording in lethal drug descriptions? Why isn't he looking more closely for accountability from the government tax dollar agency the FDA? I thought he wants to Make America Great? UGH!!!!

Medicare and insurance companies should NOT be duped by pharma reps to pay for lethal drugs that patients don't need. The greed and lack of ethics by the pharma companies is astounding and largely unchecked. Sure after the folks you love die from their overdoses you can sue the pharma companies for Wrongful Death and Negligence but even if by a remote chance you can win a judgement fighting against their well paid army of lawyers, it is just money and the people you loved are gone forever. Usually the families of dead people just settle out of court for money and then the pharma companies go away without any admission of wrongdoing and that alone should be the real crime. 

Insys Therapeutics should be charged with Federal Racketeering and even be closed down for fraud. Will it happen? Families are getting together in class action law suits but that again would just be a monetary win. Trump needs to get after his Federal Drug Administration to make sure that the wording in those long small print descriptions that come in every package of prescription drugs are specifically worded and not manipulated so pharma companies can push their drugs to anyone just for their out of control pricing profits.
