$1,000 for what?

Do we really need to spend $1,000 on a phone that won’t even give me a happy ending? Samsun has just revealed its  super deluxe smart phone the  Galaxy Note8 and Apple has just revealed the new iPhoneX. So which one should I purchase? The Samsung has 2 camera lenses on the back. One for regular and one for zoom photos but the iPhone had that on their last phone. The new iPhone has an edge to edge screen for easy breaking when you drop it. They did it in an effort to give you more screen in less body. The new Samsung has a feature that you can hand write doodles on the screen just don’t do it with a Sharpie. Are we that bored that we need to draw facial hair on the bitches we hate on Facebook? We could do that too on last years’ iPhone.
Image result for cartoon of the new phonesYou can charge the new iPhone by setting it on a pad without plugging in a cable and you can unlock it with your face just like last year’s Samsung. What they do share this year is the expensive price of around $1,000 dollars. The price and the look is practically identical. Why don’t we care? We should be outraged! I bet Steve Jobs is turning in his grave if he knew that Apple still didn’t find anything dramatic as the devices he invented years ago. These days we don’t just buy a phone we walk around with our own personal eco-system of things we want to pull up in an instant that we have designed for ourselves with the revolution of apps for everything or subject at our disposal.

More people text, e-mail or tweet than even make a phone call these days. Why even call the thing a phone anymore when it is more a source for life in general? Google, Microsoft and Apple  now has a whole interconnected   world of phone, laptop, software and payment systems at our fingertips. When will we be able to vote on our phone too? When will they make it even easier to get a new phone? We have to buy everything for the new device again. Steve Jobs spoiled us in that now we expect more from anything that is new. Right now Samsung and Apple are lust stealing from each other. Do I have to buy both phones just to have all the latest features at the same time? Stop ripping us off phone makers!
