He lost the election. He lost the lawsuits and now he lost the Supreme Court in all his efforts to deny that he lost. The Trump campaign never stopped campaigning. They had a series of meritless litigations. When that failed, it turned to state legislatures to overturn the clear election results. Upon that failure, Texas turned to the Supreme Court to overturn the election results of more than 10% of the country. The corrupt Attorney General of Texas who is now soon to be arrested for his crimes by the Justice Department sought to decimate the electorate of the United States.
Texas's effort to get the Supreme Court to pick the next President has no basis in law or fact. The Court should not abide the seditious abuse of the judicial process, and should send a clear and unmistakable signal that such abuse must never be replicated. Yes, our Supreme Court with six Conservatives three of which Trump appointed out of the nine total Justices will not tolerate him dictating the rule of law based on our Constitution. Lawyers spend most of their time in law school studying the Constitution for a real reason.
As 7,000 Americans died from Covid in just two days, on those two days Trump held parties on the taxpayers dime to wine and dine maskless 100 Republican members of Congress and 18 Republican state representatives wishing and counting on the Supreme Court to throw the votes in the trash in multiple swing states. The corruption is rampart in our government with King Trump demanding that he be honored no matter what. Do you think he realizes that he is in America and not a Dictatorship? Too bad he is too ignorant to respect the laws of this land that he was honored to be the leader of for four long years that tried to shatter our Democracy in so many ways all the time.
