We need educated law folks to
help Americans and not an ego maniac spoiled brat self-promoter who
hates our military, who is a 5 time deferment of war, who took wages away from
our military and who is now taking budgeted monies from the
housing of our troops to pay for a stupid ineffective archaic wall. Mike Moore was
the Attorney General from 1998 to 2004 and has not stopped perusing large
cases. He has powerful evidence that states like Ohio are among the hardest hit
by the Opioid epidemic. He should collect billions from all the companies he is
prepared to sue once again but this time not over tobacco that kills, and not
over oil slicks that kill but over the constant flow of drugs made in America
and carelessly distributed throughout America that are the real killers from
drugs in America and not Mexicans fleeing Dictators.
His law suits plan to put big
pharma out of business. Ohio alone loses 4-5 thousand people per year from
opioid deaths. The new governor of Ohio just hired Mike to sue drug
manufactures. Mike is coordinating with 30 plus states in this massive lawsuit.
Nearly 15 hundred counties are also suing. The key to stopping drugs from coming
to America is in the hands of our law Army and not unpaid troops. The billions
of dollars won would be spent on curbing the availability of dangerous drugs on
the streets and treatments to help folks not desire these deadly drugs. Mike
fought big tobacco and big oil and won. He can win with big pharma too. Too bad
he isn’t a self-promoting narcissist that Trump is and few even know his name.
Within 4 years he had all 50
states lined up against big tobacco. He joined into the court of public opinion
that tobacco, and oil companies committed the biggest fraud on the
American public, killed millions and made a profit from it just like big pharma
is doing now. Tobacco paid $250 billion in settlements. As a result he reduced
smoking rates to a minimum. We have a huge pill spill within our borders that
is the big problem in America. Our targets should not be to Mexicans who have
nothing but to Purdue who makes opioids who said that it falsely was not
addictive. In 2007 in court they
admitted that they misled doctors and the public on the addictiveness of the
drugs. The distributers of the drugs say that they are just truck drivers
meanwhile they take billions in not being regulated on how much they charge for
drugs.
We have a Controlled Substance
Act that is NOT being enforced by Trump because he and other politicians take
big campaign contributions from these companies to just look the other way. Trump’s
wall is just a distraction and not a cure. Mike is going after
AmerisourceBergen, McKesson and Cardinal Health who filled doctors and pharmacies
with drugs like it was candy and shared the profits from the costs. Put your
faith in our lawmen and not into Trump who has never governed anything in his
life and who is now bankrupting America
as he has done to his businesses.
