Trump is a Thief

Image result for cartoon that Trump is a thief from his foundation

It has been proven that Trump is a Thief. In December the New York courts have proven that the Trump Foundation is a Fraud and closed it down due to Trump’s personal illegal conduct.  The Trump Foundation has agreed to dissolve under court supervision. There has been so   much fraud from Trump and his three eldest children that they will now also be banned from serving on the board of any other nonprofit organization since they all used nonprofit funds for their own personal profit.
His foundation was little more than a checkbook to serve Trump’s business and other political interests. We know that Donald is a very needy person but he shouldn’t take funds as his own earmarked for people who are really in need. A charity in his name should not be used for his lavish lifestyle.
There is the $264,231 dollar gift to the Central Park Conservancy in 1989 that he used to restore a fountain outside Trump’s for personal profit Plaza Hotel.
He is so cheap that he once gave   a only $7 dollar foundation gift to the Boy Scouts that matched the amount required to enroll a Boy Scout. It was the same year that his then young son, Donald Trump Jr. was 11 and joined the Boy Scouts. He paid for his own son’s Boy Scout fee with charity money.
The charity was used to make a $25,000 political donation to Florida Attorney General Pamela Bondi
It paid $158,000 dollars to resolve a lawsuit over a prize for a hole-in-one contest at Trump’s for personal profit Trump National Golf Club.
In a handwritten note, Trump directed that $100,000 in foundation money go to settle legal claims against his for personal profit Mar-a-Lago resort. To think that he misappropriated charitable funds for his own personal use with the personal touch of a handwritten note. His arrogance is astounding!
Then we must never forget the $20,000 dollars spent on a portrait of himself taken from foundation funds so everyone can see his six foot image on a wall at the golf resort.
The misappropriation of funds ruling requires the Trump Foundation to sell off All their assets and donate all the proceeds to an actual real charity. to sell off ALL their assets and donate all the proceeds to an actual real charity. They produced only three items. Two terrible portraits and includes a Denver Broncos football helmet signed by former quarterback Tim Tebow which Trump bought at a charity auction in 2012 with $12,000 in Trump Foundation money. The charity also owns those two large portraits of Trump for which Trump paid a combined $30,000 in foundation money.
Trump now values the three items for which he spent $42,000 in charity money at a combined $975, according to a recent Internal Revenue Service filing.
Trump used his charity money as his own piggy bank including to help his presidential campaign by paying for giveaways at Iowa rallies. The rest of the money came from other donors, notably pro-wrestling moguls Vince and Linda McMahon, who gave $5 million dollars. Trump paid them back in personal favors. Trump later chose Linda McMahon to head the Small Business Administration.
The court is continuing to seek more than $2.8 million in restitution.
