He said she said!

Yesterday America saw dueling testimonies of her saying it was him 100% and him saying he never did this. So, who is the liar? This morning Democratic Senators walked off the floor in protest of the decision to proceed with the Senate vote on Brett Kavanaugh for  the  Supreme Court Justice position Confirmation because there are still many unanswered questions that deserve to be investigated. Two more women have emerged accusing him of sexual assault. Both their lives have been changed forever with the revelations and accusations yet they were two respected professionals in their fields.

The problem is not a partisan issue. Sexual assault is not a Democratic issue and it is not a Republican issue. It is a human issue and an American issue that corporate abusers, press abusers, actors that are abusers and CEO’s abusers are being called out for their abuse that will not be tolerated in society anymore. Every single American should be disgusted by it being tolerated by our President who is an alleged sex abuser and now a possible Supreme Court Justice sexual abuser. The decision was to find out if she or he was a credible person.

Any prosecutor who sees victims of sexual abuse daily in their law practices will agree that Ms. Ford was 100% credible. She spoke her truth. When Brett testified he was unhinged and arrogant admitting his drinking problem in the past and refused to answer even simple yes or no questions. A Supreme Court Justice should display character and impartiality. Brett is the only nominee ever to do interviews before a hearing to the press as he did on FOX News. That alone was unethical. The fact that no Republican would even interview her during the hearing but then individually spoke praise and sympathy for what this exposure has done to his reputation and family shows that the hearing was a sham of Republican partisanship. Her privacy has been completely ruined in all this tax paid nonsense that never should have occurred in the first place.

It is clear that Trump abuses his power daily and with his wanting of controversial Brett Kavanaugh to the position simply because he said that he doesn’t think that any President should be impeached, in Trump’s constant narcissism, Brett is the only person for him. Trump is all about making himself great again. That is why he fired FBI and CIA seasoned professionals, he fired 25 judges, has   Republican Congress, House and Senate in his favor. Now he wants his Republican dominated Supreme Court too.
