Our Piggish President's Policy

Our Piggish President who has cheated on ALL of his wives and lovers wants to dramatically change the rules on how sexual assaults are handled on college campuses giving more rights to the accused sexual predators. The Department of Education draft proposal would be a dramatic turn from Obama era regulations strengthening the rights of students accused of sexual assault. The draft would narrow the definition of sexual harassment, limiting it to the most severe attacks. So, how raped do you have to be according to Trump and his puppet Betsy Devas? Terrible Trump wants schools only to be required to investigate allegations on campus or during school programs.  So, according to him it is fine to be raped off campus?

The supreme disaster of Trump’s proposed new rules is that he wants an alleged victim and perpetrator to cross examine each other during proceedings. So the victims have not had enough abuse? They need to be confronted by the guy with the violent sloppy sperm and be questioned by the criminal? This is so very wrong on ethical, morals and integrity all of which Trump doesn’t possess and he is urging sexual predators not to have any either.

It is bad enough that there is only two ways to solve sexual harassment cases in this country. One is settlements where the woman can never tell you what happened as seen in all the celebrity men who have paid of women for their silence over their sloppy sperm episodes. The other way is forced arbitration that also goes on in secret court chambers where the public never can tell what happened. What is worse is that if a woman is being sexually harassed in the workplace and she has an arbitration clause, she is screwed physically from the sexual act and mentally because she can’t reveal anything. How does any of this stop or threaten these men to keep it in their pants?

As usual women are being screwed figuratively and physically. We thought we all had it solved when Anita Hill revealed that the Supreme Court Judge sexually harassed her. We don’t hear about these heartbreaking physically damaging events. The reason we don’t hear about the assaults more often is not because men are gentlemen but because the horrific stories go in one of two chambers in the courts and not too many people get to hear about them out of the courts closed doors.

Women, at least take the forced arbitration clauses out of your work contracts. College students, I guess just don’t get raped like that is easier said than done. So what can a sexual victim do? Don’t be shy. Announce your assault from the highest mountain. You have already been violated so be angry and be vocal. You already don’t feel better and never will with that assault memory imbedded in your brain and body. You must hold the people who have committed crimes against you accountable. Even in the Catholic Church crimes of sexual abuse are being revealed from predators who are so old they are dead now. Does that make the crimes go away? Hell no! They are now even calling the Pope accountable for ignoring the abuse of predator priests. Trump’s policy as usual is a disaster but that is just him and what he does.
