The Book

Image result for fire & furyThe book. Why is it everywhere so soon and why is everyone buying it? The book is called Fire and Fury inside the Trump White House by Michael Wolff. You need to buy the book whether you are a Trump fan or not because it has some revealing stuff as to what the hell is going on in the White House with quotes from important people who have been there this past year. The most revealing thing about the book is that Trump really hates it. In fact it has been 46 years since a President of the United States tried to stop publication of something.
It was in 1971 when President Nixon tried unsuccessfully to stop the publication of The Pentagon Papers on grounds of national security concerns. He was impeached as that book revealed wrongdoings by Nixon. Now President Trump attempted and failed to stop the publication of this new embarrassing revealing expose about his antics. Trump’s lawyers sent cease and desist papers to the author and publisher of this book in an 11 page letter demanding a full and complete retraction and apology to Trump.  This demand to hide the content of the book has only created instant fame and interest in the book’s content by most Americans.
This book has already reached number one in sales on Amazon. The author said he conducted more than 200 interviews in compiling the content for this book. The book reveals that the President calls everyone names. He calls Kelly Anne Conway “Crybaby”, called Sean Spicer “Stupid”, called Reince Priebus “Midget”, calls his own son-in law Jared Kushner the “Suck-Up” His daughter makes fun of his hair and claims that the President had scalp reduction surgery to hide a bald spot.  The author of this book was good friends with Steve Bannon and had security clearances and access to just about anywhere in the White House where he observed everything. This is a revealing tell all about just what the hell is going on behind the walls.
The author quotes Steve Bannon when he called Don Junior’s meeting at Trump Tower as “treasonous.” The author noticed that Trump likes to have “relationships with friend’s wives.” This book is interesting because of how salacious the revelations are. Look many books are written about Presidents but what makes this book so interesting is how angry Trump is over the publication to the point that he thinks he can sue over free speech. Would he have made such a huff if the observations were all positive and normal?

"Trump liked to say that one of the things that made life worth living was getting your friends’ wives into bed," Wolff claims. "In pursuing a friend's wife, he would try to persuade the wife that her husband was perhaps not what she though."

The book claims that on election night Melania was in tears and not tears of joy.

Bannon warned Trump that the Russian investigation would lead to money laundering charges. Manafort has already been charged with money laundering. This book is an embarrassing look behind closed doors at the White House. Can any reality show compete with this drama that our government has become?
