We know now where the very rich hide their money. 1209 North Orange Street in Wilmington, Delaware is a tiny one level building that is home to at least 300,000 businesses. How is that possible? Well, Delaware is thriving as a corporate tax haven. It is easy to set up an address for your corporate headquarters there because THERE ARE NO QUESTIONS ASKED ABOUT YOUR BUSINESSES. So, you can avoid taxes and regulations but Trump has just ended much taxes or regulations for corporations anyway. Delaware is a great place for your business because secrecy is king.  Trump likes secrecy when it comes to him. He still won’t reveal his tax returns.

Another secret place in Delaware in particular to Trump is 160 Greentree Drive in Dover, Delaware. In 2016 just a few weeks before the Presidential election this address became the home to a new private corporation established by Donald Trump’s lawyer. It was established for a very specific purpose. To hold the hush money given to Donald’s porn star mistress to the tune of $130,000. Where did that money come from? No one cares in Delaware.

The account was a secret and the whereabouts of the funds were a secret. How do rich people like Trump get away with this crap? Trump’s lawyer arranged the $130,000 payment for the adult-film star’s silence who Donald had an affair with four months after his son Baron was born. This hush money payment was arranged a month before the 2016 election as part of an agreement that precluded her from publicly discussing an alleged sexual encounter with Donald Trump.

Michael Cohen is Trump’s lawyer. Stephany Clifford is the mistress that is also known as Stormy Daniels, her porn-star name. The payment was made solely to buy her silence. The extra marital affaire would not look well while running for President. Ya think? Trump’s lawyer didn’t deny the money part of the arrangement but denied the affair part of it all. Really? The questions remain of where did that money come from? Why is he paying off a porn-star if he denies any relationship with her? Who paid? How did the money get from Trump to her?

The company name who held the funds is called Essential Consultants, L.L.C. So Trump’s porn sex partners are “essential consultants?” UGH!  Trump’s lawyer used a private company, pseudonym to pay porn star Stormy Daniels. The lawyer for Trump, Michael Cohen, established Essential Consultants, LLC a limited liability corporation on October 17, 2016 just before the 2016 presidential election. Mr. Cohen, who is based in New York, then used a bank account linked to the corporation to send the payment to the client-trust account of a lawyer representing the woman, Stephanie Clifford. What happened to the days where briefcases full of cash were exchanged in dark alleys at night like in an old movie? Well transactions have changes but the sex, lies and deceit haven’t changed in Trump’s world.

To further mask the identities of the people involved in the agreement, the parties used pseudonyms, with the porn star and identified her as a made up name of Peggy Peterson. WHY DOES DELEWARE ALLOW COMPANIES TO BE ABLE TO SHIELD IDENTITIES? Trump’s lawyer was late in making the payment. Did this money come from Trump’s campaign finances? Are Trump supporter so faithful that they are willing to pay for Trump’s prostitute bills? Aside from the disgusting sex life of Trump, someone needs to follow his money trail.
