New Rules

Somehow we got through a summer with Trump as our President but winning the election wasn’t enough for him. He wants more. Donald Trump organized a Commission on Election Integrity had a meeting to discuss voter fraud. His intention for such a committee is to uphold the “integrity of the ballot box.” The purpose is to make sure there is one citizen and one vote but he didn’t specify from what country. Does he even know that he is currently being investigated for voting fraud activities during his election?
This commission started after Trump realized that he lost the popular vote by about 3.2 million votes to Hillary Clinton.  Nevertheless he tweeted back in November, ”In addition to winning the Electoral College in a landslide, I won the popular vote if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally.” LIES!
There has NEVER been any evidence that widespread voter fraud exists. What could Trump’s election commission do with   voter data? The facts are that a review of the 2016 presidential election found just four   cases of documented voter fraud out of more than 134 million ballots cast. So, if we already know there wasn’t millions of illegal votes then what the hell is this commission doing? Well a guy, Kris Kobach is known as the king of voter suppression. He is leading Trump’s sham voter fraud commission. We need to be afraid, very afraid.
This commission isn’t just questioning the last election but is already messing with the next election. This Commission is requesting the full names, addresses, birth dates, political  affiliations and voting histories of every registered voter in the country. THAT IS SO WRONG!
Voting in this country is supposed to be PRIVATE. That is why we had the old voting booths with the curtain that closed around you when you pulled the lever. We vote in secret and we don’t have to vote along party lines. We can vote for whom ever the hell we want to vote for even whom   ever we want to write in as a candidate and vote for that person too if we choose to. Trump does not have the right to try to change the rules of every game even if he won the damn game.
We should all be worried if we hand over our private information to some new put together Commission. Who will see our stuff and what will they do with our information. Everyone is already all over the place in files on the internet and we don’t need to be scrutinized any further for no reason.  This Commission already failed privacy issues because they already released 112 pages of unredacted emails of public comment without deleting the sender’s e-mail addresses. Anyone’s personal e-mails should not be out there publically without their expressed permission.
Now states are rightfully being hesitant about revealing their voters privacy. Trump in response said, “If any state does not want to share this information I wonder what they are worried about.” What are you worried about Donald? RELEASE YOUR TAX RETURNS AS EVERY PRESIDENT DOES TO THE PUBLIC”
