Can Bloomberg be a Late Blooming Candidate?

Image result for mike bloombergRumor has it that soon $56 billionaire Mike Bloomberg might decide to run for President and sign up in Alabama. He should choose a big Trump supporting State to throw his hat into the rink and stir the pot up to educate those southerners that a 12 year Mayor from New York can do a better job at governing and shedding the true light on Trump to those folks especially since Trump was greeted with cheers and not boos or lock him up as he attended the Alabama football college game this weekend.
Is it too late for a new candidate to emerge? NO. The rules say that the cutoff for candidates is as late as November 20, 2019. History tells us that it was Ronald Reagan who had the shortest amount of time to run for President and as we all know, he won the race. He entered the race with less than 400 days before the election. President Reagan didn't announce till mid November 1979 and he gave himself only 357 days before winning. There is still time and time will tell.
