1. Trump made with signed checks of his own signature hush payments to his whores that were made to influence the outcome of the election. One of those checks were sent while he was in the White House in August of 2017. It is significant because it all centers around violating Campaign Finance laws that IS a Federal crime.
2. Trump refuses to divest his business interests. Our founding fathers wanted to make sure that our President would put the business of the country first and not to line a President's personal pockets. Trump has branding and trade mark deals with Dictators and Communists worldwide. He has business deals with North Korea who is still pointing missiles in our direction. He has made weapons deals with the Saudis who did 911 terrorism. He personally profits from his red army hats where the sales of that go directly into his pockets and not to charities. He has directed that foreign dignitaries stay at his for personal profit International Hotel. All this wheeling and dealing for his very own personal profiteering is a direct violation of the Emoluments Clause to the Constitution.
3. Trump, his Daughter Ivanka, his Son-In-Law Jared have NOT disclosed their tax returns. If there truly is not any Russian Collusion or Conspiracy then they should be willing to show the proof that there is no financial ties between the Trump family and Russia.
What we do know for sure is that this administration has divided America according to party lines. There is no right or wrong. There is the Republican view vs. the Democrats view. Trump has shielded himself well with his tax payer paid assortment of newly hired 17 lawyers who are advising him every step of the way to abuse his power of the Presidency all the way up to the head of the Justice Dept. Mr. Barr who says that he thinks a sitting President should not be impeached. They advised him to ignore all subpoenas to testify before congressional hearings. And he knows that in order to be impeached he needs 2/3rds of the Republican Senate to approve impeachment. So then why push for impeachment? It seems the only sure way to get this crook out of America is to vote him out in 2020. Will Americans do that especially since there is already Russian fake news again influencing all our social media and news feeds?
With all this drama over the past 2 years what is sure is that domestic terrorism is at its all time high with over 150 instances already this year, one per day of multiple mass killings. Our climate is raging with flooding everywhere and our infrastructure is in need of funding to at least repair levies to save our cities. The prescription drug industry is holding sick Americans hostage with no cap on pricing. The Opioid crisis is killing us all still untamed. Iraq, North Korea is pointing weapons at us. The tariffs are ruining businesses and prices for our needs are rising rapidly. The immigration tragedy is not solved.
We know that Trump gave big tax breaks to corporations and cancelled all environmental regulations ruining our lands and waterways as he profits from them. He accepts large campaign contributions from big pharmaceutical companies and gives them no restrictions on pricing. He has softened the gun laws even allowing the mentally ill to own weapons and takes campaign contributions from gun manufactures. He has private for profit deals in countries that are evil to their own people thus endorsing their un -American values.
To impeach or not to impeach. That is the question. 2020 might arrive sooner than the answer to the question. So, VOTE BLUE NO MATTER WHO for a better America.
