Is a Supreme Court Justice in Bed with the President?

Image result for trump and kavanaugh
Before the hearings Kavanaugh was in private sessions for multiple days and many hours at the White House. Trump and Brett have gone into war mode to try to save this nomination. He is being nominated to be a Supreme Court Justice even though he has not ever tried a court case. He was a law clerk and then was appointed to be a Judge by George Bush. If Trump knew anything about the Presidency the two shouldn’t mix so much. Kavenaugh should not feel any obligation to this administration. Trump should not be bashing Doctor Ford a California PHD Research Psychologist and her allegations daily in the court of his public opinion.
Supreme Court Justices are supposed to be independent from other branches of government. They are not supposed to owe any President or anyone outside the court anything yet there is an obvious kinship between Brett and Trump. President Trump knows nothing about how to run any government given that he has never held any government job. Trump’s recent history is leaning more on the criminal side than any kind of honorable mention. Trump has already been named as an unindicted co-conspirator in multiple felonies given that the fact is that he is the subject of very serious ongoing criminal investigations.
The Constitution wanted a distance between the Justices and the Presidents. Trump wants the complete opposite. He is only hiring justices who will vote in his favor. Trump is notorious with making people feel grateful to him. If a case comes before the Supreme Court will Brett dare to vote against Trump or will he offer his unveiling allegiance not to the flag but to Donald Trump?  If Brett gets nominated the Democrats in the Senate might open an investigation into the collusion between Brett and Trump and the Constitutionality of all that buddying going on.
No Supreme Court Justice has faced impeachment in recent years but it has been done. Abe Fortas was President Johnson’s pick for the Supreme Court nomination who   served only four years on the Supreme Court before a series of charges led to his resignation. The investigation into Brett Kavenaugh should not stop till all questions are answered with no time limit imposed by Trump. Fortas was also extremely close to Johnson who used him almost as a staff aid. Fortas would go to the Oval Office and write Johnson’s speeches. He even helped Johnson choose bombing targets. That is exactly the type of relationship a Supreme Court Justice   should not have with a President. There should not be an indebtedness to a President if one day a decision has to be made judging the actions of said President. Trump is moving closer to hot water than not.
