Our Not so Secret Society

The reason we have assault weapons in the hands of just about anyone can be blamed on the Federalist Society that most of us victims don’t even know who or what that is. In the worst shooting disaster in American history so far happened in Vegas by the hands of an older white man who no one knew why he randomly killed so many innocent fellow Americans. If a Muslim did it we would have said it was terrorism. If a kid  on drugs did it we would have blamed it on his drug addictions. If a spaced out kid did it we would have blamed it on his mental illness. Now that it was a well off white older man did it, we need to put the blame on the source that manipulated the Constitution and our laws to make it allowable for anyone to purchase an assault weapon.

The Vegas shooter was allowed by law to have 40 assault weapons in his home. If I had 40 cats in my home authorities would take those cats out of my home and probably arrest me for cruelty to animals. Why is it allowed for ordinary people to purchase and have in their possession deadly weapons? The blame must be put on the new all boys club of lawyers and judges that shape our country now. The Federalist Society has given us Neil Gorsuch that Trump appointed to the Supreme Court, Samuel Alito appointed by George Bush to the Supreme Court, John Roberts appointed by George W. Bush to the Supreme Court and Clarence Thomas appointed by George H.W. Bush to the Supreme Court. These are  all  important figures that have shaped our recent laws and who are all from the Federalist Society.

The idea behind the Federalist Society is all about the guy that goes to law school. He is a conservative. He discovers that there is a Chapter of the Federalists Society on campus. He starts to go to meetings and starts meeting others and the nepotism begins. They start going to national meetings. At the confirmation hearings for Trump’s Supreme Court pick, Neil Gorsuch, see the tape of March 21, 2017 on Capitol Hill where Senator Ted Cruz a Republican from Texas boasts that he is and has been a member of the Federalist Society since 21 years old and a first year law student. Mostly Yale Law School and Harvard Law School guys are members. The focus of the group is to seek reform and to change laws to their beliefs and not so much to the opinions of the American people. Now these conservatives from this good old boy’s club are in the highest governing positions in our government and they are changing the laws according to their beliefs. One of those beliefs is not so much gun control. Thus, to the rest of us we should expect random acts of extreme violence on innocent people for no apparent reason.

Now we have the mentally ill shooting children in schools, drug addicts shooting people in movie theaters and terrorists shooting up everywhere else all with access to assault weapons. When Ted Cruz goes back to any Federalist Society meeting he is greeted like a celebrity. Most of Americans believe that he is a nut job. The widespread of the virus of Federalists in our government is changing our Constitution bit by bit every day. For basically the entire history of our Constitution judges have interpreted the second Amendment as only protecting the right of militias to own hand guns. In 2008 the Supreme Court compromised of these Federalist Society members ruled that INDIVIDUALS have second Amendment rights. That blew up this uncontrollable unclosed can of worms with weapons in the hands of literally everyone.

In Vegas there are gun shows every weekend where anyone can purchase a high powered weapon without any background checks. Cash is king and it is all legal. Now we have this awful situation that is the work of years of collaboration with lawmakers, the Federalist Society and the National Rifle Association along with wealthy gun makers in America. Guns are everywhere. All of these things have changed the meaning of the Constitution.  The Federalist Society is a powerful organization with 60 thousand members. They hang out together, they talk and they promote each other’s careers. Try breaking up this powerful group of Federal thugs. We are knee deep and drowning in the quicksand of their policies that is ruining America.
